German auto-giant Mercedes-Benz has unwrapped Audi Q3 and BMW X1 rival, the new GLA crossover at the Indian Auto Expo 2014. The car is anticipated to be launched in India by 2014 end or by first quarter of 2015. The GLA crossover is based on A-Class hatchback platform and gets ultimate styling. Especially, the facia looks exceptional with the most contemporary headlamps, grille, bumpers and hood that give it a class SUV appearance. The GLA crossover will be offered in 2.2 Litre diesel engine, derived from the A Class and the B Class and another 1.6 Litre petrol engine.
